Centre for Music Performance Supporters' Circle
Supporting exceptional artistic and educational activities at Cambridge that would not otherwise be possible.
Thank you for your interest in the Centre for Music Performance. It is my great privilege to lead this exciting, ambitious and important initiative, embedding music at the heart of the Cambridge experience for all students, while also strengthening the University’s role as one of the world’s great centres for developing exceptional young musicians. Music was an integral part of my time at Cambridge as a student, and I was pleased to continue my involvement through eight years as Chair of the Cambridge University Musical Society.
It is my hope that the Centre for Music Performance’s mission will resonate with you, and that you will support its work to enable the richest possible educational experience for students during their time at Cambridge.
— Simon Fairclough, Director of the Centre for Music Performance
