User account help

Just enter your email address, we'll find the best account for you to use.

If you enter a personal email address: we'll check whether we can find you in our records, and ask you to log in or register using that email address and a new password. You will be asked some verification questions when you register, which helps us to protect your information.

If you enter an @cam.ac.uk or @cantab.ac.uk email address: we'll redirect you to log in using the University Account associated with this email address.

If you enter an @cantab.net email address: we'll redirect you to log in using your Cantab.net account.

Your account works across all the websites we support:

  • Alumni (alumni.cam.ac.uk)
  • Cambridge in America (cantab.org)
  • Giving to the Judge Business School (giving.jbs.cam.ac.uk)
  • Darwin alumni portal (my.darwin.cam.ac.uk)
  • Homerton alumni portal (my.homerton.cam.ac.uk)
  • Support Cambridge (philanthropy.cam.ac.uk)

If the error message said that further verification of your account is required, then you can expect an email from us over the next few days with the next steps about how to complete your account registration. The email will come from Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Cambridge.
